What do YOU need to do to prepare for Staging?
1. Submit a Quote
Fill out a form on our website. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours.
2. Schedule Photography
Make sure photos are scheduled for the following day from staging.
We always like to have a little buffer if needed.
3. Get the House Ready
Make sure the house is 100% ready for staging day. No painters, no contractors, no cleaners and please have everyone away from the house during stage install. We want to focus on making the house shine.
4. Property Access
Please provide the key box code and parking access so we’re not spending extra time on a key hunt!
